2. Pick online if you travel or work odd hours
Flexibility wins over presence when your schedule is chaos.
3. Hybrid works for most people
A monthly in-person session + weekly online check-ins is the sweet spot.
4. Look at your accountability style
If you need someone watching, go offline. If you're self-driven, online is cheaper and just as effective.
5. The coach matters more than the format
A great coach over WhatsApp beats a mediocre trainer in person, every time.
