I coach both. The 'best' format isn't a universal answer — it's a fit question. Here's how to choose without ego.

  1. 1. Pick offline if you're brand new to lifting

    Form is everything. The first 8–12 weeks of hands-on coaching pay off for a decade.

  2. 2. Pick online if you travel or work odd hours

    Flexibility wins over presence when your schedule is chaos.

  3. 3. Hybrid works for most people

    A monthly in-person session + weekly online check-ins is the sweet spot.

  4. 4. Look at your accountability style

    If you need someone watching, go offline. If you're self-driven, online is cheaper and just as effective.

  5. 5. The coach matters more than the format

    A great coach over WhatsApp beats a mediocre trainer in person, every time.

Stop debating the format. Pick the one you'll actually show up for, and commit for 6 months minimum.
