You don't need to wake up at 4:30. You need a sequence — repeated daily — that tells your body and brain it's go-time.

  1. 1. Wake at the same time daily

    Consistency beats early. Your circadian rhythm rewards regularity more than heroics.

  2. 2. Sunlight in the first 30 minutes

    Step outside. Even 5 minutes of natural light anchors your sleep-wake cycle.

  3. 3. Hydrate before caffeine

    500 ml of water, then coffee. Your body has been fasting for 8+ hours.

  4. 4. Move for 10 minutes

    Mobility, a walk, or a quick warm-up — something that gets blood flowing without exhausting you.

  5. 5. Protein at breakfast

    Eggs, paneer, Greek yogurt, or a shake. It blunts hunger for the next six hours.
